IT Help Desk

We are currently looking for a service-oriented IT helpdesk to join our Tel-Aviv office.

This is a part time role in which you will provide professional Helpdesk and hands-on technical support to the site.

What you will do:

Troubleshoot and support laptops, Windows & Mac.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses
Office 365 experience.
Printers installations.
Network and connectivity.
Deploy and troubleshoot operating systems.
Install and configure network equipment.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

The position requires 2 days a week at the office.

If you want to join our journey, you’ll need:

Up to 1 year hands-on helpdesk/PC technician experience
Service-oriented attitude
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments
Excellent English - written and spoken skills.
Problem solving, multitasking with self-learning capabilities

Nice to have:

Okta
Zoho – ManageEngine
knowledge of networking TCP/IP
