We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help lead that charge across international markets. In this role, you’ll drive new-logo growth for SysAid’s AI-powered ITSM platform, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, a global mindset, and the collaborative spirit to win together.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close net-new enterprise accounts.
Sell into international markets.
Drive pipeline growth.
Conduct technical demos per week with IT and business stakeholders
Build and execute tailored sales strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, SEs, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity logs.
Negotiate contracts and pricing.
Work Monday–Friday (aligned to international time zones as needed)
Requirements:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, selling to IT stakeholders is an advantage.
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota.
Background in technical sales (Sales Engineering, Customer Support, or Success).
Experience in international (ROW) sales.
Strong communicator and presenter; comfortable with multi-stakeholder, complex deals.
Naturally collaborative- you thrive in a team-selling environment.
Builder mindset- resourceful, strategic, and proactive in shaping how we go to market.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, Highspot, ZoomInfo.
