What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Semperis, you will be an essential member of our Talent Acquistion team, reporting to the Director, Global Recruiting and collaborating with the Human Resources team to deliver an enjoyable and efficient candidate experience.

You will help to build a strong pipeline of talented candidates via various platforms including direct candidate outreach, your market knowledge of the region and your ability to connect with candidates.

Focus on full cycle recruitment for Israel and Globally across EMEA, APAC, America

• Develop a deep understanding of our culture and hiring manager requirements
• Identify channels to source and recruit diverse candidates and build pipelines of suitable profiles
• Own the recruiting funnel- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
• Engage regularly with the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Provide a friendly, organized and inviting candidate experience for all Semperis applicants
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Table

• High level of English proficiency is a must. You will be reviewing resumes in English, team meetings are in English and interviews will be conducted in English.
• A passion for speaking to people and having an impact on their career path
• Previous experience in global, high growth organizations.
• 3+ years of previous experience working as a Full Cycle Recruiter
• Successful experience in handling multiple searches and hiring managers, at different stages at the same time
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and interview process management
• Above average problem solving and organizational skills
• You go the extra mile for candidates and for your team. You are always thinking of new ways to enhance the candidate experience and put smiles on peoples’ faces

• Virtual- Video interview with Director of Recruitment
• In Person- interview with Sr. Director of HR in Tel Aviv & meet your teammates
