Suggest alternative solutions to address customer pains when appropriate

Requirements:

• High school graduate
• High level of English proficiency
• At least two years of hands-on technical support experience in a helpdesk environment
• Service-oriented with a strong ability to address customer needs
• Global employment experience is a significant advantage
• Certified PC technician
• Microsoft certification is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware, laptops, and peripherals
• Familiarity with standard anti-virus solutions
• Ability to identify and address both software and hardware issues
