About the role:

The head of customer onboarding is the face of Tastewise to our new customers during their onboarding and plays a critical role in their long-term success while helping new customers adopt and realize value from the Tastewise platform quickly and effectively, setting them up for long-term success.

The head of customer onboarding is responsible for leading the customer's onboarding process from E2E- building strategic onboarding plans and executing hands-on. This role includes customer meetings and calls in different time zones (mainly the US), and collaborating with the different teams within Tastewise (Product, customers, and new biz)

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience in similar roles in a SaaS B2B company.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in different time zones and manage your calendar independently
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation
• Extraordinary logical thinking, with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mind
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
