Senior User Acquisition

We are a leading comparison site company seeking a seasoned Senior User Acquisition Campaign Manager to join our dynamic UA team. We offer a wide range of development opportunities, this is your chance to lead, create and establish best practices for the team. In this role, you'll take over the most strategic accounts while mentoring and empowering the team, and play a key role in driving our user acquisition efforts. You'll collaborate with the VP Growth to set ambitious targets and KPIs, and partner with product, tech, and design teams to elevate the department's work.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team and become a professional mentor while leading a high-performing user acquisition activity.
• Analyze campaigns' performance, identify strategic opportunities, and facilitate change to hit and exceed company expectations and KPIs.
• Identify challenges and develop best practices to scale up acquisition activity and drive significant growth
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities.
• Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters including creative, landing page and others.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of experience building and maintaining global B2C user acquisition campaigns.
• Experience at Google Ads & Bing- Must.
• Experience in the online comparison landscape- Strong Advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable producing daily data reports with high proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.).
• Excellent English level- mandatory (an additional language is an advantage).
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Marketing-oriented and business thinking abilities with a strategic perspective
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or another analytical field.
