About this role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As an AI Operations Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing our company's data using various tools and techniques. You'll collaborate closely with the Business and different data teams, contributing to the performance of algorithms and ensuring their effective deployment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects, gain hands-on experience, and have a direct impact on our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and Monitoring of AI Algorithms:
• Use existing tools and methodologies to deploy hundreds of modules a year.
• Constantly monitor our AI modules, investigate alerts, and suggest possible solutions using our AI monitoring systems.
• In charge of handling and investigating hundreds of Internal/External tickets regarding our module's performance.
• Take part in deploying both new and scalable AI modules.
• Production Operations and Customer Impact:
• Collaborate closely with the customer-facing teams, gaining insights into the intense work involved in maintaining high performance for all of our modules in production.
• Have a direct effect on our customers by contributing to the availability and accuracy of our products.
• Analyzing Data:
• Utilize SQL queries and our unique data analysis tools to analyze the company's data and derive meaningful insights.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to support data-driven decision-making in the deployment processes and AI modules performance issues.
  
  

• 2 years experience as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write queries.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with dashboard design with Streamlit / Tableau is an advantage
