 A company that owns and operates consumer marketplaces in the wellness and spiritual guidance industries is looking for Affiliates & Partners Manager.

How You’ll Be Impactful

You will contribute to the strategic development of the company's Affiliates and Partners program.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, collaborating to optimize and expand campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Lead strategic efforts to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program.
• Implement strategic initiatives and projects to drive growth and development.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management,
• Proficient in affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
• Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Influencer Marketing - Mandatory
• Results and performance-driven.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing and the online industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Creative, problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English - both speaking and writing. Additional language - Advantage
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in marketing, business, or a related field.
