Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, with the ability to craft engaging content that drives customer engagement and sales. This role will require expertise in all stages of email marketing, from initial engagement through to conversion, as well as the ability to effectively market whitepapers and blogs through targeted email strategies.

• Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging email content that captures attention and drives action across all stages of the customer journey, from initial engagement to ongoing communication.
• Marketing Whitepapers and Blogs: Develop and implement strategies to market whitepapers and blogs through email, ensuring high visibility and engagement with target audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Email List Management: Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication with different customer segments.
• Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of creating successful campaigns.
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and tools, such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience in content marketing, particularly in marketing whitepapers and blogs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices.
• Certification in email marketing or related fields.

Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)

Location: This is a full-time remote position
