Job Description:

The CEO will complement the primary entrepreneur who serves as the CTO, a. The role includes overall responsibility for Strategy, sales, business development and fundraising with an emphasis on the US market.

• The offer is in return for shares + secure salary after fundraising (if the candidate meets the conditions)

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in strategy and international sales, with a solid track record of sales within the US e-commerce market.
• Must have experience with the field affiliates and eCommerce (e-stores).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, and strategic partners.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and assess risks.
• Deep financial understanding and experience in managing budgets and resources.
• High motivation for success and realizing the company's vision.
• Fundraising record.
• Mental resilience and the ability to withstand pressure, combined with vision and the ability to drive processes, and handling startup challenges.
