Information Technology Support Technician

Meteorit is a cutting-edge IT help desk company dedicated to providing high-quality technology solutions to businesses. We are looking for a Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of technical support experience and strong skills in Windows operating systems, network communication, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide remote support to customers for computer and network communication issues.

- Diagnose and detect technical faults.

- Continuously improve the support process to enhance the customer experience.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support (military experience is acceptable) - mandatory.

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7 - Windows 11) - mandatory.

- Good familiarity with Microsoft Office products - mandatory.

- Willingness to work in morning, evening, and night shifts - mandatory.

- Knowledge of server infrastructure (Windows Server 2008 - 2019) - an advantage.

- Familiarity with Fortinet, VMware, and NetApp products - an advantage.

- Experience in implementing passive communication infrastructures - an advantage.

- Understanding of communication: routers, switches, access points, TCP/IP.

- PC technician certification.

- Service-oriented and patient.

- Ability to work in a team and self-learn.

- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.

- Readiness to work from Rehovot in a hybrid format (home and office).
