Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Israel. The SDR will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings, and driving initial contact with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in sales within the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, needs, and potential fit for Appgreat’s solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our target market.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system. Track and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development Manager and other senior sales team members with qualified prospects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
- Feedback: Provide insights and feedback from prospect interactions to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role is preferred, particularly in the technology or software development industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related software is an advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Language: Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
