Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our InspHire team to work closely with one of our esteemed clients, a leading financial technology company. Responsibilities:

• Ensure each candidate has a positive experience during the interview process, from initial contact to final decision
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to streamline the hiring process and ensure effective communication
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews, managing any changes or conflicts promptly
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve the candidate experience and interview scheduling process
• Support various recruiting activities, maintaining accurate data input in the client's system and ensuring smooth operations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
