Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our dynamic and challenging team. This role involves working with large datasets to analyze workflows, interfaces, risks, issues, and business opportunities. The position includes developing tools and infrastructure for advanced analytics and process optimization using data.

Responsibilities:

Conduct data-driven analyses to improve workflows and identify business opportunities.

Develop and build tools for risk and issue management and analysis.

Regularly work with BI systems such as Qlik or Power BI.

Manage and maintain data systems, create reports, and solve problems using SQL, Python, or R.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.

At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

Experience with BI systems like Qlik or Power BI.

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

Experience in the banking/credit industry is a significant advantage.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
