The company provides a unique opportunity to build core data and engineering foundations from the ground up with high autonomy and impact. Located in Tel Aviv next to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as the foundational Data Engineer / Data Tech Lead (the first dedicated data role in the company), reporting directly to the CTO and taking end-to-end ownership of the data landscape from scratch.
• Architecting, building, and maintaining modern, scalable Data Pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and Cloud Data Warehouses to support high-throughput, high-velocity consumer mobile telemetry.
• Implementing robust data orchestration pipelines using Apache Airflow, dbt, Python, and SQL handling large-scale streaming and batch data.
• Establishing the company’s BI architecture and self-serve analytics ecosystem, empowering leadership and product teams with automated dashboards, data models, and key performance indicators.
• Integrating and aggregating data across diverse external sources, including mobile attribution tools, product analytics suites, and digital acquisition channels.
• Partnering directly with Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Growth teams to translate complex business and monetization metrics into actionable data-driven initiatives.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. / B.A. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and building data pipelines, analytical tooling, and cloud data warehouses – Mandatory
• Advanced, deep technical proficiency in Python and SQL – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow and dbt – Mandatory
• Strong, practical proficiency with modern BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)—modeling datasets, creating dashboards, and delivering self-serve analytics – Mandatory
• Proven background working with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust), product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude), or digital acquisition tracking – Mandatory
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, capable of driving data initiatives independently with high ownership – Mandatory
• Fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
