React.js Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Tech Lead with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development, specializing in frontend JavaScript libraries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in React and TypeScript, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable code.

What Will You Do:

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.

Architect and implement reusable components and frontend systems.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in frontend development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend JavaScript libraries.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, Nest.js
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Monorepo - big advantage.
• Experience with storybook- advantage.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Ability to write efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Node.js (Express.js) - not required, but huge advantage
