What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a highly motivated individual for a unique and versatile HRBP role. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to various teams within the company while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will also work closely with the HR team on building and supporting various organization-wide processes such as managing the company's learning and development initiatives, executing recruitment processes, working on well-being activities, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess strong partnership and relationship-building skills, the ability to navigate different HR areas based on organizational needs, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment law compliance. Support HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including performance reviews, promotions, compensation, personal events, etc.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees to develop leadership capabilities and improve team dynamics. Manage employee relations issues and mitigate risks
- Develop and implement talent management and organizational development strategies, including recognition, performance management, risk management, policy writing, and organizational engagement surveys
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance
- Manage learning programs, including needs assessment, plan development and approval, implementation, and monitoring of individual and company-wide learning plans
- Plan and work according to the HR budget
- Oversee the organizational learning system, implement processes, and maximize learning opportunities both organizationally and individually
- Execute end-to-end recruitment process according to company needs
- Plan, execute, and take part in well-being activities for specific teams and the entire company
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, experience in various HR functions - L&D, recruitment, and well-being is an advantage. Experience in a start-up environment is also an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, and learning methodologies
- Academic degree
- Experience in working with HRIS and LMS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Strong partnership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive change and build trust with leaders and diverse teams across all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adapting and responding to change
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills. Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective changes
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of influencing and inspiring others. Strong coaching and mentoring skills
