Role: HR Manager or Operations Manager
Duration: Perm / Full Time
Location: Kfar Saba, Israel (Hybrid Working / Fully Remote option available for suitable resource)
Reporting To: Head of Legal - EMEA
Story Behind the Need (Reason for the request): We currently need a local HR or Operation manager in the jurisdiction of Israel. The selected person would be Responsible for obtaining & Maintaining a Manpower license for the N2S Israel entity
Summary: The person should have demonstrated experience in the management of manpower and the necessary knowledge of labor laws in the country (Israel). S/he should be open to assist with additional operational or HR tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage HR Department: Establish and oversee the HR department for the Israeli branch, ensuring alignment with the company's fast-growing, tech-savvy, and innovative nature.
- HR Management: Manage all HR fields, including providing consultative guidance and coaching to executive leadership (C-level and department managers) on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with global corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
- Labor Law Expertise: Maintain a profound understanding of Labor Law, ensuring compliance in all HR-related activities.
- Day-to-Day HR Administration: Oversee the administration of HR policies and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Policy Implementation: Collaborate with management on the implementation of corporate policies related to HR, organizational, and employee development.
- External Service Provider Management: Manage relationships with external service providers, such as lawyers and insurance companies.
- HR Systems and Data Management: Update and maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
- Compliance and Auditing: Prepare, review, audit, and process HR-related information, ensuring compliance with state employment laws, internal processes, and program requirements.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
- HR Consultation: Assist and advise employees and managers on various routine HR procedures and policies.
- Reporting: Produce standard and ad-hoc HR reports, summaries, audits, and presentations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, and databases.
- Payroll and Financial Reporting: Prepare payroll materials and revenue and expense reports in accordance with objectives.
- Branch Budget Management: Manage the branch budget as a profit center, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Branch Operations Management: Lead branch activities end-to-end, including staff management, operations, administration, and employee well-being.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Manage and support administrative and operational processes, including the preparation of monthly payroll reports, vendor management, and invoice approval.
- Manpower License- To lead and represent N2S with Authorities for obtaining Manpower License.
- Optional Skills: Customer Relationship Management: Manage and foster customer relationships, including initiating and advancing customer acquisition processes across various media platforms.
- Employee Recruitment and Integration: Conduct recruitment activities, including screening CVs, conducting interviews (telephonic and face-to-face), supporting employee integration, and providing necessary guidance.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the customer’s Recruitment Department in expanding operations by identifying and recruiting dedicated employees.
