User Acquisition Manager - Affiliate & Performance Marketing

We're seeking a talented User Acquisition Manager to take the lead on our growth initiatives in the dynamic fintech space. This unique opportunity allows you to build and implement our user acquisition strategy from the ground up.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Herzliya, conveniently located near the train station, Monday-Friday.

Affiliate marketing:

• Design, implement, and manage the overall affiliate strategy
• Develop comprehensive plans to attract, recruit, and retain top affiliates.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with affiliates to maximize profitability.

Performance marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, X)
• Set up and manage performance-based advertising campaigns, including setting KPIs and budgets.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing and managing partnerships, including affiliate programs and influencer marketing.
• Experience managing user acquisition campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, X).
• Experience in the fintech industry or a similar B2C sector (financial services, investing) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
