Learning Manager

Job Description

• Leading, managing and responsible for developing and implementing a learning strategy, training processes and professional development of the Group's employees
• Local and global L&D project management (including adaptation and legalization of materials from the world)
• Implementation of advanced and innovative learning methodologies, using a variety of learning channels
• Planning and managing processes as part of the implementation of information systems (change management, training, assimilation and maintenance over time)
• Budget management and ongoing conduct vis-à-vis suppliers (locating suppliers, budgets for seminars, conferences, external supplements, etc.)

Job RE requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Sciences / Humanities
• At least 3 years of training management experience
• Experience in material development and group training
• Experience in building lesson plans (workshops and virtual world)
• Performing several tasks simultaneously, effective time management
