About the opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, charismatic, and sales-driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on converting incoming leads into scheduled tours for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in engaging with warm leads and persuading them to attend tours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads and effectively persuade them to attend tours with our sales team
• Understand the unique needs of incoming leads and match them with suitable solutions to maximize conversion rates

• Deliver high-level customer service to leads, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process

• Act as a positive ambassador for the ROOMS brand, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic approach in all interactions

• Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, activities, and progress in our CRM system

• Collaborate closely with sales managers to align strategies and achieve goals

• Provide regular updates to the team regarding goals, progress, and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Talent and passion for sales
• High-level communication skills in Hebrew, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environmen
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Hunger to succeed
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Experience with CRM systems -is a plus
