Overview:
Hudson Rock is seeking a motivated, commercially driven Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fully remote team.
You will be responsible for engaging prospective customers who express interest in our cybercrime intelligence platform, qualifying inbound opportunities, and converting interest into meaningful sales conversations. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand prospects' cybersecurity challenges, communicate the value of our technology, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
This is a highly independent, customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to thrive in the flexible, fast-moving environment of a growing cybersecurity company.
About Us:
Hudson Rock is a cybercrime intelligence firm focused on eliminating the root cause of many modern breaches: infostealer-driven identity exposure. Powered by extensive automation and a lean technical footprint, the company actively protects over 150 organizations worldwide.
Its flagship product, Cavalier, is a cyber threat intelligence platform built on provenance-first data from tens of millions of real infected machines. Cavalier integrates with identity providers to automatically revoke compromised access and delivers active Threat Feeds to block infostealer C2 servers, ClickFix networks, and Phishing-as-a-Service operations.
Role Description:
The Inbound Sales Development Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and qualifying inbound sales opportunities from organizations interested in Hudson Rock's Cavalier platform and related cybercrime intelligence solutions.
You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, responding promptly to inbound inquiries, understanding their security challenges, and identifying opportunities where Hudson Rock's capabilities can deliver meaningful value.
The role involves engaging prospects through email, phone, and video calls, conducting initial discovery conversations, qualifying leads based on business needs and purchasing intent, and scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to active sales opportunity. Daily activities include managing inbound leads, following up with interested prospects, maintaining accurate CRM records, and tracking lead conversion and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with cybersecurity professionals and business decision-makers. While a technical background is advantageous, the ability to quickly understand complex solutions, ask insightful questions, and communicate their business value is essential.
As part of a lean and growing company, you will also have the opportunity to help refine lead qualification processes, improve inbound sales workflows, and contribute directly to Hudson Rock's continued growth.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound enquiries, qualify prospects, and book meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Research target accounts and build outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Understand prospects’ security challenges and clearly communicate Hudson Rock’s value.
• Work closely with Account Executives to deliver qualified opportunities and thorough handovers.
• Keep prospect records, activities, and next steps accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
• Follow up consistently, re-engage older leads, and test new messaging and outreach approaches.
• Meet targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Qualifications:
• Cybersecurity industry experience is required*, including an understanding of security buyers and their challenges.
• Experience in sales development, prospecting, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
• Excellent written and spoken English. *Hebrew is a major bonus.*
• Confidence engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Strong research, organisation, and follow-up skills.
• Flexibility to shift between inbound and outbound work as priorities evolve.
• Independence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and act on feedback.
