Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Maof’s located in Sufa. The role involves overseeing daily HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
