Digital Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok
• Provide expert technical support for programmatic systems and ensure the highest quality of work
• Align media architecture with campaign goals, objectives, and best practices across all platforms
• Manage media budgets in 360 and build optimal media mixes in line with marketing and communication goals
• Maintain and manage knowledge bases and expertise (analytical and cognitive benchmarks, status reports)
• Monitor the performance of all campaigns and digital assets using relevant analytical tools and generate ongoing reports
• Partner with marketing teams across business units: deep understanding of brands and categories, insights, trends, target audiences, marketing goals, brand core, creative, budgets
• Evaluate and implement new digital technologies and tools

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok
• 1.5+ years of experience managing a team of employees
• Experience working with marketing and communications teams
• Fluent in English
• Experience working with other advertising systems (outbrain, Taboola, Google Analytics, FB Analytics) a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, economics, or statistics a plus
