NoviSign Digital Signage is a cloud-based software platform that enables users to create, manage and broadcast rich, engaging digital content – as easy as drag and drop. We are looking for a talented Online Marketing Manager to support our growth and expansion.
Job Description:
As an SDR at NoviSign, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with prospects, and set up meetings for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and eager to grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry channels
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our digital signage solutions
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in our CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of outreach campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - a plus
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the digital signage industry or related technology fields - a plus
- Understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and lead generation best practices
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
