Responsibilities:

• Customer Management: Lead technological and sales management efforts for the company's valued clients.
• Product Development: Develop and implement products and formulas that align with the latest trends and customer needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in development, marketing, and product launches, staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support across supply processes, production, and quality control.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with global suppliers and recruit new customers.
• Business Development: Identify business opportunities and drive new sales processes to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Food science / food engineering.
• Industry Experience: Significant technological experience in the food industry. Experience in the dairy industry is a plus.
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of scientific processes related to food, including ingredient and product development.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in creating presentations and speaking confidently in front of audiences.
• Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve goals.
• Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is an advantage.
