We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to join our amazing global HR team. The ideal candidate will help maintain the great quality of our employees (professional and interpersonal) so that we can help drive the next generation of ControlUp innovation. This role is an AMAZING opportunity to learn and develop within the HR team, to lead the hiring process at ControlUp, and to be a significant and valuable contributor to all ControlUp departments.

This is a temporary position, a replacement for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment
• Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed
• Guide employees on HR-related matters
  
  

• At least 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition, HR generalist- Must
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle global recruiting, including interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field- a Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- a Must
