Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist

To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform in early 2023, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.

We are currently looking for a talent acquisition and HR specialist to build top notch infrastructures and processes that offer the best experience for both our employees and our job candidates.

Responsibilities:

• End to end recruiting for various roles in Israel and abroad - from job kick off to HR interviews, all the way to extending salary offers and contract negotiations
• Sourcing for candidates in different platforms, close work with placement agencies
• Creating an employer branding strategy together with our marketing department
• Taking part in HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, periodical assessments and feedback, etc.
• HR operations, including implementing and owning of an HRIS application
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a startup environment
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Familiarity with relevant software systems (applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems)
• High level of English is a must
• Knowledge in HR / HR operations is a major advantage
• Sourcing expertise is an advantage
• Employer branding background is an advantage
