job description:
• Building a strategy for the customer club subject to the group's vision and strategy 
• Building a strategy for sales and crossovers between the group's brands
• Building a work plan for each brand separately based on its annual Gantt
• Determining goals and indicators for the club's activities
• Work on the club's technological systems and familiarization with marketing automation systems
• Built an annual work plan for the club including customer journeys, segments 
• Issuing reports and analyzes of the campaigns on an ongoing basis
• Understanding the retail world that combines a sales floor and online
• High analytical ability, analyzes and reports 
• Initiating and implementing technological improvements in the planning system

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in the field 
• Strategic and systemic vision 
• Understanding reports, profitability, performance and sales
• Experience in setting up campaigns in marketing systems
• Experience in marketing analyzes and creating reports
• Experience in building consumer panels and characterizing customer segmentation
• Experience in customer journeys, performance analysis and optimization 
• Experience in building two-year gantts
• Human relations and teamwork
• Experience in a retail company is desirable
