Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our Talent Acquisition as a Service team is looking for someone with the tenacity to help us continue to grow and hire the best candidates for our clients. The right person will be comfortable in a “take initiative” environment, loves solving people's problems and can thrive in a fast and growing environment. This role is all about bringing on the best talents, maintaining our clients' culture as they grow, and running an efficient process to keep it moving.

• Create an exceptional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process;
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, to support the Hiring Process;
• Schedule and coordinate with candidate for both Zoom & in-person interviews;
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency;
• Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed;
• Guarantee the correct usage and data input in our clients' recruiting system, and be a reference for it!
  
  

• 1+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a similar position
• Experience with an Applicant Tracker system (ATS) such as Greenhouse is a plus;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Super customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment;
• Experience working with global offices and teams;
