Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager at Lilly Kai Skincare. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, maintaining budgets, ensuring excellent customer service, providing training to employees, and facilitating communication within the clinic.

• Customer Service, Communication, and Training skills
• Experience in the beauty industry - advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
• Previous experience in a managerial role
• Available to start immediately
• Good computer skills and online orientation
• Sales experience
• Good English and Hebrew
