Career Development Coordinator

Elevation is looking for a Career Development Coordinator to lead our students and alumni to their next career path. As a Career Development Coordinator, you will work as part of Elevation's Career Team and will be performing a vital role in our programs, boot camps, and academies. You will be working closely with the Program Managers and Ops Team.

With this role, you will play a crucial role in transforming people's lives by acquiring new skills, which is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Be the POC for the participants during the programs and academies with all career-building aspects.
• Maintain close interaction with our graduates and alumni, and support them through their recruitment processes, while ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Take part in admission processes of different programs, including but not limited to assessment Centers, videos, phone interviews, and actively motivate and push the pipeline of candidates in this process.
• Support the recruitment and placement processes of our graduates and alumni.
• Proactively expand recruitment sources, including attending job fairs, leveraging job boards and social media platforms, and continually searching for new and innovative recruitment approaches.
• Maintain smooth and professional processes before, during, and after the programs.

Requirements:

• 1+ years managing recruitment processes as a Talent Acquisition in the Tech industry, employment agency background is an advantage.
• Experience conducting HR interviews and making referral calls.
• Proven experience recruiting through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• A people person who loves engaging with new people and collaborating with them.
• A resourceful person with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach who is unafraid to take initiative and ownership.
• A Fast learner, Flexible, and service-oriented with the ability to rethink and optimize work processes.
• Data-driven and capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the tech industry, position, recruitment processes, and personas - A must.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and Hebrew. Arabic - An advantage.
