CEO

A cybersecurity startup is recruiting a CEO. This is the second successful startup by the founders, with the product already sold to government entities in Israel and currently in the pilot phase.

The role involves managing the company and working closely with the founders. Responsibilities include overseeing the existing team of around 8 employees and additional recruitment efforts.

The company is located in the Sharon area and offers a hybrid work model.

Job requirements:

• Professional experience: Experience in senior management in the cyber industry or technology.
• Bachelor's degree in management, technology, engineering or another relevant field.
• Interpersonal skills: high leadership abilities, excellent communication and ability to manage large teams.
• Technological capabilities: In-depth understanding of cyber technologies and the ability to guide technological development teams.
• Strategic thinking: ability to build and execute strategic plans and guide the company in new and innovative directions.
• Strong leadership: Ability to guide and lead the company to its strategic goals.
• Analytical ability: Ability to analyze and interpret data for sound decision-making.
