Position Scope: Full-time, maternity leave replacement

(approximately 8 months with the possibility of extension)

Job Location: Modiin-Maccabim-Reut, Israel (On-site)

Gaya Simulations, a gaming company, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for our offices, as a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Conduct virtual interviews in English according to job specifications.
• Guide candidates from beginning to end.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Responsible for employee well-being from their first day at work until their departure.
• Manage social media job postings.
• Handle contract sending and employee integration into the work program.
• Create and monitor an annual recruitment plan based on organizational needs, forecasts, and required skills.
• Identify candidates, and develop challenging sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-3  years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Behavioral Sciences/Human Resources - Must.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting - Advantage.
• Proficiency in Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• High level of English - Fluent in conversation + reading and writing.
• High service orientation, good interpersonal communication, and excellent human relations.

Important:

• The position is full-time (100%).
• Start date by 01.09.2024
• Offices in Modiin Maccabim Reut- Work from home on Wednesdays.
• Working days Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-18:00.
• The position is open to both women and men.
