Monetization Manager

We are looking for the prophesied Monetization Manager that will become a part of our outstanding team! In this role, you will oversee Overwolf's advertising partnerships and assist our in-game creators in optimizing their app monetization opportunities.

This position entails significant responsibilities, daily challenges, and rewarding moments. You will be involved in day-to-day optimizations, interacting with demand partners, supporting our developer ecosystem, and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Manage programmatic ads in Overwolf.
• Support Overwolf’s Brand Partnership with direct campaign needs.
• Serve as a focal point for ads, collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance ad experiences and provide insights, feedback, and support.
• Handle optimizations and reports, including setting up new campaigns, monitoring performance, troubleshooting, and implementing optimizations.
• Develop structured and personal relationships with partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and continuous improvement.
• Participate in ad tech conferences abroad.
• Travel through the magic portal in our shower rooms to a mystical realm ruled by enchanted beasts.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in video advertising.
• Experience in display advertising.
• Experience working with publishers or advertisers.
• Familiarity and work experience with popular SSPs/DSPs.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, standards, and policies such as Prebid, VAST/VPAID, RTB, SSP/DSP, SPO, GDPR, IVT, and brand safety.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines and locations to achieve results.
• Ability to bond with various talking animals (regular and/or legendary).
  
  

• Experience working with GAM 360 and video monetization platforms such as Aniview, Primis, EX.CO, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with PC games.
• Ability to resist the tempting promises of the snow witch.
