HR Partner

Responsibilities

Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the local business unit.

• Responsible for the employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding and training.
• Leading the local recruitment working with hiring managers and creating solutions to improve recruiting processes.
• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Data integrity and operation- maintain an accurate database of the unit's employees and positions.
• Support the unit wellbeing activities, partnering with the relevant stakeholders.
• Be the POC for general HR related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Studies, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience as a HRBP/ HRP
• 2+ years' experience as a recruiter
• Excellent relationship-building
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
