About the Position:

As a Data Analyst at Alterya, you will work with huge amounts of data from multiple sources. Analyze data pipelines for bugs and ways to improve its output. Research methods of scams and scammers to operate on the web and blockchain space. And, you will suggest and think of ways to search and detect different types of scams.

We are looking for someone who constantly asks questions to find bigger and better answers :) 

You have to be tirelessly looking to improve current methods and always doubting the status quo, be proactive and look for the best solutions for identified problems. 

Responsibilities: 

Analyze and monitor our data pipelines using SQL.

Work with Big Data Databases.

Research the web to find and define types of scams and scammers.

Requirements:

2+ years’ experience as a data analyst in a big data environment

Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets

Experience with dashboards tools

Excellent analytical skills

Fluent English speaking and writing

Good interpersonal communication skills

Quick grasp of new data and data systems
