Head of HR

qSpark, a leading provider of high-frequency trading solutions, is searching for an experienced HR Manager. This key role focuses on talent management, employee engagement and coaching.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and execute a comprehensive HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
• Partner with the leadership team to provide HR guidance and consultation.
• Be responsible for performance management, employee lifecycle, recruitment planning, coaching, HR policies and processes.
• Build and execute plans to improve work relationships, communication, productivity, performance and engagement.
• Act as a single HR focal point to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive in terms of compensation, benefits and HR policies.
• Lead the company's office management and recruitment roles.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience as an HRBP/HR Manager supporting senior leadership in a global high-tech company.
• Act as a single focal point for employees and managers.
• A proven track record of building trust with all levels of management.
• A proven track record of building and executing successful global cross-company processes and plans.
• An ambitious team player with a true drive to create a positive work environment.
• Experience with change management.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Full professional proficiency level of English - A MUST.
