B2B Lead generation and Cold Calling (Italian/ Spanish Speaker)

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
• Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  
  

• Outbound calls/leads generation in contact centers or other Sales experience is a must (+ 2yrs experience)
• Strong user level of computing skills
• You speak native Spanish or Italian and have advanced English with excellent oral and written level to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
• You have excellent communication skills
• College or University Degree is also an advantage (but not a must)
