For their location in Polen, we are looking to find a passionate and experienced HR Management Specialist (HR Generalist) to become a key player in our clients`s HR team.

Tasks

In this pivotal role, you will support essential HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in personnel management and personnel administration in a Human Resources department
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with effective utilisation of an automated Personnel Management system
• Recent professional experience in application of Host Nation Poland Labour Law and Social Security Legislation
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an administrative role in a recruitment support role
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, social sciences, law or related field, public administration
• Native English language speaker or individual presenting very good command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing at proefficient level
