Junior Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

· Own and manage the delivery of projects on all its aspects.

· Coordinate creative and non-technical resources to ensure fulfillment of project requirements.

· Responsibility for communication between all the company’s departments relevant to the project.

· Develop and communicate project statuses, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.

· Ensure minimal bottlenecks and dependencies, eliminate waste of time, and avoid rework.

· Keep up with rapidly changing projects, requiring fast and smart decision making.

Requirements:

· No previous experience needed, you can replace it with motivation and the will to learn!

· Excellent English - Efficient verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions to communicate the findings back to the business.

· Risk management skills and critical thinking, ability to overview processes and avoid future faults.

· Problem solver.

· Lead urgent projects, prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way.

· People person - excellent social skills and a great ability to motivate other employees.

· A get things done, team player with a positive approach.

· Experience with JIRA – Advantage.
