Description

The Organizational Development and Internal Communication Director is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving large-scale, cross-company projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a cohesive and engaged workforce. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, HR processes, change management, and internal communications.

The position is a temporary replacement for maternity leave.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects, involving various stakeholders, while ensuring seamless execution.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
• End-to-end design and execute change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other interventions to support managers, employees, and c suite.
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture, based on the messages we wish to implement.
• Hands-on writing high impact communications related to HR initiatives, company changes, business updates etc.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Manage internal communication channels, including Slack messaging, newsletters, and town hall meetings.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with HRBP’s and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the OD &IC goals.
• Navigate organizational nuances and influence decision-making to achieve desired outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or consulting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development and internal communication - a must. Preferably in a high-tech environment.
• A proven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale, cross-company projects.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and internal communication best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
