Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Agora, you will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with our Recruitment team and hiring managers to understand our unique talent needs, utilize advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is vital to driving our growth and maintaining our high standards as we continue to innovate in the Fintech space

What are we looking for:

• Collaborate closely with our Recruitment team and hiring managers to understand our unique talent needs.
• Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Comeet, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting in SaaS startup (hiring R&D and Sales position)
• Experience with sourcing tools- LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search Strings
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Comeet- is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Native English and Hebrew (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills- Mandatory
