We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This is a hands-on recruiting position that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of the Tech landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the recruitment strategy and support our growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional Tech professionals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
• Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive talent
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Continuously assess and improve the hiring processes using AI tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to streamline and expedite the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Orca AI's employer brand and create compelling content that highlights our company culture, values, and mission.
• Participate and take an active role in HR Projects and Initiatives
  
  

• 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a startup.
• Strong focus on recruiting for R&D and Technical roles
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to resolve recruiting roadblocks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems, deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with an ATS, Comeet - is a plus!
