Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage and maintain our company's infrastructure,

which includes a mix of on-premise and cloud components. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in Linux systems, networking, security, and virtualization.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and monitor the company's infrastructure, including both on-premise and

cloud components.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess IT requirements, design and

implement solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Manage essential components for company operations, such as VPNs, software development

platforms, communication tools, and network hardware, including servers, office computers,

routers, and switches.

• Oversee the onboarding of new personnel, managing access control, and maintaining secrets.

• Lead and execute IT projects.

• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and

optimize operational efficiency

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a IT Manager or System Administration position.

• Strong background in information security & security-conscious mindset.

• Strong ability to work independently with excellent self-management, troubleshooting, and

problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Extensive experience with Linux, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

• Proficiency in using command-line tools and shell scripts for operations and automation.

• In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies (QEMU, Proxmox, VMware, Docker, ESXi, or

Hyper-V).

• Advanced knowledge of networking and network protocols.

• Experience implementing advanced network configurations, such as tunnels/VPNs, and

managing network rules.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

• Experience with hardware configuration.

Advantages:

• Specific experience with Proxmox.

• Advanced knowledge of setting up various types of network tunnels.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
