Sales Learning & Development Manager - Strauss Frito Lay

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an annual learning and development plan for the sales team, from needs assessment and design to tool development and implementation
• Create digital learning solutions (in collaboration with external vendors as needed)
• Develop training processes and onboarding programs
• Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring: join sales managers on onboarding days, conduct learning tours
• Manage the LMS system: manage the sales portal, create content, monitor and implement system usage
• Create presentations and be responsible for internal communication with the sales team
• Manage field trainers

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree and training in organizational learning development
• 2+ years of experience in learning roles, including developing annual learning plans
• Experience developing e-learning courses and digital tools
• Experience in the world of training and coaching
• Ability to lead processes and implement them from planning to implementation
• Fluent in English
