Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual learning and development plan for the sales team, from needs assessment and design to tool development and implementation
- Create digital learning solutions (in collaboration with external vendors as needed)
- Develop training processes and onboarding programs
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring: join sales managers on onboarding days, conduct learning tours
- Manage the LMS system: manage the sales portal, create content, monitor and implement system usage
- Create presentations and be responsible for internal communication with the sales team
- Manage field trainers
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree and training in organizational learning development
- 2+ years of experience in learning roles, including developing annual learning plans
- Experience developing e-learning courses and digital tools
- Experience in the world of training and coaching
- Ability to lead processes and implement them from planning to implementation
- Fluent in English
