User Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a talented User Acquisition Manager to take the lead on our growth initiatives in the dynamic fintech space. This unique opportunity allows you to build and implement our user acquisition strategy from the ground up.

This full-time, on-site position is based in Herzliya, conveniently located near the train station, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, X) and develop partnerships (affiliate programs, influencer marketing).
• Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Could you collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content?
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns across major digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, X).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and managing partnerships, including affiliate programs and influencer marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Experience in the fintech industry or a similar B2C sector (financial services, investing) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
