Data Analyst

About the position:

We’re looking for an experienced and highly analytical Data Analyst to join our fast-growing company and help us make data-driven decisions for performance optimization.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping Elementor's product and business strategy, defining our KPIs, and identifying business opportunities.

As a member of the Analytics team in our Data department, you will work across the organization and provide key insights to multiple departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Strategy, CX, and more), helping them refine objectives in order to carry them out.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Interpret data and trends to provide strategic recommendations to improve our products and identify and evaluate business growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product Development, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance product and business performance.
• Develop and maintain visualizations and reports to effectively communicate complex data findings.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience in data analysis (Preferred at an online B2C company) - Must
• SQL proficiency- Must
• Good visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Python, R, or any other scripting language - advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver the results of analyses clearly and effectively.
