We're Looking For:

A passionate and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be integral to enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and ensuring our content reaches educators worldwide. Your expertise will help make learning more personalized and effective by ensuring our innovative tools are easily discoverable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website visibility.
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting website performance.
• Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and other link-building strategies.
• Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns to support SEO efforts.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (4-5v years at least).
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
