Sepros is hiring an independent, professional, and proactive SEO Manager – someone who will take full ownership of our SEO domain and lead our organic activity forward.

The role includes end-to-end management of all SEO processes – from strategy and execution to performance monitoring and continuous improvement. You will work closely with our content, development, design, and digital teams, and report directly to the company’s Technical Manager.

We’re looking for a hands-on individual who brings both strategic thinking and execution skills – someone who not only plans but also delivers high-level implementation.

• Develop and execute a full SEO strategy: technical, content, and link building
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content suggestions
• Handle on-page optimization for new and existing pages
• Full ownership of technical SEO: crawls, speed, indexing, site structure, tags, and more
• Regular use of tools such as Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, and Lighthouse to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and implement advanced optimization
• Initiate and execute quality link-building activities (Outreach)
• Analyze performance: track organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, etc.
• Generate monthly reports and dashboards for tracking and review
• Coordinate with content, development, and management teams as needed

• At least 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end SEO experience (technical, content, and links)
• Practical knowledge of WordPress including SEO plugins, structural adjustments, content management, and template structure understanding
• Proven ability to plan and execute an SEO strategy independently
• Full proficiency with Google Search Console
• Experience with keyword research and rank tracking tools
• Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs for keyword research, link profile analysis, and performance tracking
• Experience in creating SEO-optimized content
• High-level English skills (for research, content, and outreach)
• Ability to manage tasks independently from A to Z, including planning, execution, problem-solving, and cross-team communication – with full accountability

• Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce platforms
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to edit website code
• Familiarity with AI-based tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Surfer to streamline writing, research, and optimization
• Actual content writing experience (advantage)
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager / Schema / Hotjar
